Quail eggs and allergy
These delightful little birds lay eggs of particular interest to allergy sufferers. Small oval objects, fragile and yet so precious ...
The story begins in 1967: In 1967 a farmer living quail disappear without apparent reason, allergic asthma by his wife, then that one of its employees. He gave quail eggs to feed more people with allergies around them, and the results were confirmed. Since then, numerous studies (more than two hundred!) Showed he was right.
The enemy of immunoglobulins: we attribute the effectiveness of quail eggs because they inhibit the production of immunoglobulins. The quail egg also mitigates inflammatory states. It acts both as preventive and curative: If you have seasonal allergies, begin your program two months before the onset of symptoms, if your allergies are permanent, you can take regular courses in a month on three example.
